The location is ideal for family outings, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We were able to enjoy a wonderful experience exploring the city. The staff was very accommodating.

My kids wished for a designated play area for families.

Spacious and clean room offered a pleasant stay, complemented by a warm and friendly staff. Breakfast had an extensive selection that included juicy steaks, a good surprise. Though the area had a variety of dining options, some nearby eateries were slightly overpriced, and the noise from the street could be a bit disruptive at times. The hotel was conveniently located near public transport.

Ideal and clean place, accommodating staff who was on a night shift, had late check out till 5 pm. We enjoyed the standard room which was new-fashioned with a single bed. A safe box, a minibar and central heating were there too. The location was marvellous, relatively close to Museum of Photography.

The bar is open very long, there is also something to eat at late hours!

We had a room in the boarding house. These rooms look to the S-Bahn and are very big but really very loud! Bathroom especially shower needs to be cleaned better. Black mold MUST be removed !!!!

Excellent place with friendly staff, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. They even helped me with currency tips during my first stay. I always return for a holiday!

I sent my parents to this Hotel as a present, my credit card details were provided in the booking. However, instead of charging my credit card at the end of the stay, they made my parents pay at arrival at the hotel, which is very unusual and totally unacceptable. Please contact the Hotel for this mistake.

The staff were all efficient and the breakfast was varied with cooked UK style as well and the waffle maker and berries. The service was very good with a fast check-in...
